    • Design and configure field order and field activities workflows and create custom services.
    • Work on UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, service tasks, and more.
    • Implement and integrate third-party workforce tools, such as MWM (mobile workforce), with CC&B.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must have experience of 5+ years and have worked in at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of CC&B with strong utilities background.
    • Experience with XML Application Integration (XAI) as well as with the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) application or IWS required
    • Good knowledge of Java and Cobol, configuration tools and CC&B interfaces
    • At least 4 years’ experience in implementing Oracle CC&B (one full deployment lifecycle)
    • In depth knowledge of billing, credit and collections, customer management, payments, and meter management area
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
